A native of South Florida, Mr. Shane received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and attended the University of Miami School of Law, from which he obtained his J.D., Cum Laude, in 2003 and served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the Business Law Review. Prior to joining Ferrer Shane, Mr. Shane gained valuable experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury matters. Mr. Shane now concentrates the majority of his practice litigating on behalf of individuals who have been injured or wronged in complex personal injury matters including, but not limited to, automobile accidents, premise liability cases, negligent security cases, product liability cases, slip and falls, insurance bad faith claims, and negligent hiring, training, and supervision cases. Mr. Shane also represents individual and corporate clients in real estate litigation matters, title insurance matters, commercial transactions, and contractual disputes.

Just wanted to say that these guys are the best. I was in a bad accident and they were able to get me all of the money available from the other person’s insurance and they worked out all of my hospital and doctor bills so that I wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. Awesome service and great team.
