Wendy A. Fleming graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991. Ms. Fleming went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, she has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 1995.
Ms. Fleming is the 2014 co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and former secretary of the section.
Since 2010, Ms. Fleming has focused her legal practice on representing injured workers with Lundy Law.
