Alvin F. de Levie is a 1973, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and a 1976 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law, where he was a finalist in the Reimel Moot Court competition, arguing in front of retired US Supreme Court Judge Thomas C. Clark, Chief Judge of the 3" Circuit Court of Appeals Arlin M. Adams and Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Samuel J. Roberts. Mr. de Levie also was a finalist in the National East Coast Mock Court Competition.
Mr. de Levie has tried cases in the Federal District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. de Levie has also tried cases in State Court throughout Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia to Allegheny County and from the southern border with Maryland to the northern border with New York.
